This Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between You and Accurate Psychic Advice and applies to your use of the Click4Advisor Services and any related products available through www.accuratepsychicadvice.com and www.click4advisor.com (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.

These terms are subject to change.

1. Your first commitment will always be to your clients and you will only give advice at times when you are free and clear to do so.

2. Clients that have been brought to you by Accurate Psychic Advice will only be given readings by you through the Accurate Psychic Advice forum. You will not divulge your private phone number or private email address or personal web site to any client that has contacted you through this forum/web site.

3. You will not at any time use any means of manipulation, scripts or scare tactics to keep a client on the phone or calling you back regularly.

4. You will not offer telephone meditations, prayers, spells or any other services that do not involve psychic ability, astrology, numerology or tarot readings. Free Love Spells can be found here.

5. You will at all times honor your gift and tell clients the truth as you receive it and not give any reading based on what you know your client might want to hear just to keep them calling you back or make the client dependent on you. (We understand that at times psychic dependency is out of our control.)

6. You will allow Accurate Psychic Advice/Click4Advisor to deduct 30% of the gross fee charged to the client as well as a .12 cent connection fee. (This is necessary in order to maintain customer service, web site maintenance and marketing.) (Connection charges can fluctuate by country.)

7. You will strive to make Accurate Psychic Advice a Spiritual community and not resort to pettiness or dissension amongst yourself and other advisors on the site.

8. You will not divulge clients personal information nor speak of your clients personal issues to any other advisor on Accurate Psychic Advice.

9. No advisor will be listed in any specific order or ranking other then your ability to maintain a consistent schedule.

10. You understand that your membership can be terminated if your overall feedback rating is consistently below an average rating or if you fail to log on for months at a time.

11. A violation of any of these statements is grounds for immediate termination from Accurate Psychic Advice.

12. Personal photographs must be of you. If they ARE NOT, you will be unable to join our advisor directory.

13. Advisors who do not log in on a consistent basis will be moved to the back of our psychic directory. Failure to login for two consecutive months is cause for immediate dismissal from our psychic directory.
