Call Features
We are thrilled to announce a slew of features to make your system even more productive for you:
ubmit a Callback Request
Now, when you are Unavailable or Busy, a User can easily Submit a Callback Request to receive a call once you become Available. Submit a Callback Request will be offered to Users both when they try to connect to you via the Internet system, and when they use the 1-800 Dial-In System.
You will receive an email notifying you that a User just Submitted a Callback Request and you will be able to see the Callback Requests waiting to contact you in your Click4Advisor account interface. The moment you switch from Unavailable (or Busy) to Available you will begin receiving your calls one after the other from the Users lined up to speak with you.
Your callers no longer have to look time and again to see if you're Available. They just check once, get in line, and then wait for your call. That way, your Users are happier and you can more effectively line-up your calls for a much more productive Available shift. Just be sure to check how long your Users agreed to wait for and make sure you connect with them before their request expires. Or you can quickly email them by clicking on the User's name in the Callback request listing.
Call Acceptance Options
When you receive a call through Click4Advisor, you can now make yourself unavailable automatically. You still press "1" to accept the call, and any other number to reject the call but remain available for future callers. However, if you Press "9" then you will reject the call AND make yourself unavailable.
Call Status Details
To better understand the details of a missed call connection, we have enhanced our call status information to include Dropped Calls, Unaccepted Calls and Missed Calls. You can find specific definitions for each at the hyper-linked help in the Status column of your Transaction log.
ACH (Direct Deposit) is Ready
To sign up for Direct Deposit (ACH) payouts, just go to your Account Information section, Billing Information page, click on the Payout Information hyper-link, then click on the Direct Deposit Authorization form . Fill out this form and send it, along with a voided check, back to Click4Advisor to get set up.
Add Money
Users can now Add Money to continue their call with you anytime during their call, including even when the 1-minute warning message is being played.
