How do I make myself unavailable when I am scheduled to be available?
In the Click4Advisor Web Interface, in the Availability section you may manually override your schedule by turning your Availability "Off". You can also do the following:
DIALING IN - By calling our 888-626-7386 toll-free number and following the voice prompts.
WHEN RECEIVING CALLS - When you receive a Click4Advisor call and would not like to accept it, you can reject the call and also turn your availability to 'OFF' by pressing '9'.
Additionally, if our system records 3 'Missed Calls' to your account within one hour, it will automatically turn your availability status off.
